Kindness knows no dates. No boundaries. No limits. Though our days and times are too often spent in duty, responsibility, survival and maintenance of our lives. And yet, when someone shows us kindness, we are touched, moved and often feel undeserving.
How often we look in the mirror looking to correct or polish our flaws? How often do we look to see at how wonderful we are or check in for what we like about ourself? Smile back at ourself because we like who we see and who we are?
We all have a lot we want to change or succeed or break through. And trying to fix them ALL is a recipe for failure. So let’s make it simple.
