Life is living from one experience and responsibility to another…usually more for what we “have to” do (lol ….correction …what we “GET TO” do), right? Notice how we let drift away the simple joys and pleasures we “used to love”.

SUGGESTIONS

Recall something you loved to do… or be… or someplace you visited once upon a time. That you really felt free and expressive with. That you miss. Step into those thoughts. Experience it. Notice that great feeling. This week, focus on it and do something…anything …..in that direction. Sign up for a class, make a call, attend or just research and google local events that are all about that “thang”. Step into that “space” again in some way!

RESULTS

When we place ourselves back in the happy space of any personal joyful expression, especially from our younger days, we create more emotional balance, we feel youthful and more gleeful (don’t hear that word often eh? lol) . Our memory recalls the very same emotions of that exhilaration and joy then…that we can replay now. And…our body doesn’t ever forget those wonderful feelings. All this joy….at our disposal. On demand. Come on.…play again. If not now…then when?
